What should I expect?

Our retreats are designed for the seasoned yogi as well as those brand-new to the practice. Here’s what to anticipate in paradise:

On the first day of the retreat, arrive to Samui before 1530 to make the last boat of the day to Phangan. The flight home should depart Samui after 1400 on the last day of the retreat for ease of travel. Some airlines such as Air Asia offer a flight/ferry transfer directly to Koh Phangan at a cheaper rate than flying directly to Samui.

Tentative daily schedule:

07:00 Wake up and light refreshments
08:00 – 10:00 Yoga and meditation class
Group breakfast at leisure at our beachfront restaurant. See menu.

11:00 – 15:30 Optional excursions around the island or rest

16:00 – 18:00 Yoga and meditation class
18:30 – 19:30Group dinner at our beachfront restaurant. See menu.
20:00 – 21:00 Evening discussions

We will provide some basics, but it would be best if you can bring your own practice items (mats, straps, etc.)

Please be physically and mentally strong. The yoga at the retreat  is not for the faint of heart. Though beginners are encouraged to come, please take at least 3 classes at a local studio before attending the retreat.
